My dear friends & spiritual community, Continue
My dear friend Zebiba, whom I met through Kelly several years ago, through her non-profit, Healing Bridges, has just completed construction of the first high school for girls on a refugee camp in Sudan. In order for this school to open, there are vitally needed supplies like uniforms, text books, desks, administrative costs, etc. These funds must be in by July in order for the school to open. I ask…

The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in the mind at the same time, and still retain the ability to function. One should, for example, be able to see that things are hopeless and yet be determined to make them otherwise. ~F. Scott Fitzgerald

Earth Day has inspired me to actually compost! My husband is very "green" and encouraged me to use an indoor compost for the kitchen counter. I was a little skeptical but, I must say, it's easy! No odor, No big deal! And it will help our garden grow :) xoxoxo, Love you, Kelly!!! Laurie

If we could raise one generation with unconditional love, there would be no Hitlers. We need to teach the next generation of children from Day One that they are responsible for their lives.

I am buzzing...overflowing...and in a state of complete inspiration...and it's not just because I'm trying out my new Android phone! Though the day was rainy and wet, I found sunshine in LA during my "check in" at Franklin High's Dream Project classrooms.
First period, Mrs. Harrison's class: I shared with the students (in this class and throughout the day) about our link with schools in Honduras...beginning with a very special… Continue
